Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Modeling Analyst / MIS Analyst to support business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating financial models, preparing MIS reports, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and investment analysis.
- Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Support business valuation, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

MIS Reporting
- Prepare and publish daily,



weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Generate dashboards and analytical reports to track business performance.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel tools and BI platforms.

Data Analysis & Business Support
- Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations against budgets and forecasts.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business presentations.
