About the Role

Motia Builders Group is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive for Motia Dwarka Riverfront, a residential plotting project located on New Chandigarh Road, Kurali.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing project information, generating site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups with leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Explain project details, plot sizes, location, amenities, connectivity, pricing, and available offers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Generate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update lead status, call remarks,



and follow-up details in the CRM/sheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospects.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate project-related information.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English; Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into site visits.
