About the Role

DMX Freight Solutions is looking for an experienced mid-level Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and take ownership of decisions without close supervision. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced freight/logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and maintenance of day-to-day accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts finalization
- TDS computation, deduction, and return filing
- Billing and invoicing
- Managing outstanding (receivables/payables) and follow-ups
- Tracking and reconciling unbilled revenue
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial records

Requirements
- 36 years of relevant accounting experience
- Graduate or higher in Commerce/Finance
- Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts finalization, and TDS
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
