We are seeking a highly analytical
Financial Modeling Manager
to build sophisticated financial models that support investment, valuation, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Castellan's NYC real estate portfolio, financing, and investment strategies.
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, asset management, budgeting, forecasting, refinancing, and dispositions.
- Prepare loan underwriting, valuation, DCF, sensitivity, and scenario analysis models.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Analyze asset and financial performance,



providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, lenders, investors, brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare investor reports, financing presentations, investment committee materials, and management dashboards.
- Improve financial modeling processes while ensuring data accuracy and model integrity.

What We're Looking For
- CA or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1/Top institute.
- 5–6 years of experience in Financial Modeling, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Real Estate Finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Robust knowledge of financial statements, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or EST hours is preferred.
- Real estate finance experience is a plus.
