Swami Devi Dayal College is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our academic setting, campus life, achievements, events, and student success stories across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the College's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the College's branding and admission goals.
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content consistently across platforms.

Content & Storytelling
- Develop engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Showcase campus life, academic achievements, faculty accomplishments, student activities, events, placements, workshops,



and institutional milestones.
- Identify trending formats, sounds, hashtags, and content opportunities relevant to the education sector.
- Develop creative campaigns around admissions, events, festivals, achievements, and important institutional announcements.

Content Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, faculty, students, and various departments to source content.
- Brief the creative team for social media requirements.
- Ensure content is visually appealing, accurate, timely, and aligned with the College's brand guidelines.

Analytics & Growth
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track reach, engagement, followers, views, leads, and other relevant KPIs.
- Analyze audience behavior and optimize content accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
