iLabKart is a premium distributor of fitness and medical equipment in India, serving the healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, and fitness industries. We are growing our team and looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our Mumbai office.

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a Accounts Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, vendor and customer accounts, reconciliations, GST/TDS support, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and compliance.
- Prepare outstanding reports for customers and vendors.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS and accounting reports.




- Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams for financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.

*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP accounting software.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP and AR.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
