The Role

We’re looking for a
Product Designer
to join the Design team at PredicTx Health. You’ll work across our digital health products, designing thoughtful and intuitive experiences for clinicians, patients,



and other healthcare stakeholders. This is a
hands-on role in a fast-paced startup setting
. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product & Design and the broader team, but you’ll be expected to take ownership of problems, think critically, and drive your work forward with a high degree of independence.

Responsibilities
- Own design work
end-to-end
, from understanding the problem and requirements through user flows, prototyping, high-fidelity design, testing, iteration, and engineering handoff.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows and requirements into clear, intuitive product experiences.
- Work within and contribute to our
design systems
, creating consistent and scalable experiences across products.
- Apply
systems thinking
to design decisions, considering how components, patterns, states, workflows, and interactions fit into the broader product ecosystem.
