Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting and driving the success of the Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and service excellence.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, agreements, and process orders efficiently.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain sales reports to track performance and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, and service teams) to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members as required.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting sales campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
