Role Description
The Desk Support Engineer is a full-time, in office role based at the New Delhi corporate office. The position involves providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of operating systems and standard applications. The Desk Support Engineer will respond to support tickets, guide users through troubleshooting steps,



and escalate complex issues when required. The role also includes maintaining documentation of incidents, coordinating with other IT team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle user inquiries professionally and clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows, macOS, or Linux) and common office productivity tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
