We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to drive business growth across our
ferrous, non-ferrous and aluminium product portfolio
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B sales for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and aluminium products

• Identify and acquire new customers, traders, manufacturers, fabricators and industrial clients

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts

• Generate new business through market visits, references, networking and industry contacts

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms and supply contracts

• Coordinate with purchase, operations, logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution

• Monitor metal prices, market trends, customer demand and competitor activity

• Achieve monthly and annual sales,



volume and profitability targets

• Ensure timely payment collection and control customer outstanding balances

• Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports and business development plans

• Explore new markets, applications, products and customer segments

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

• Experience in
ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass or related metal products
will be strongly preferred

• Solid negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills

• Good commercial understanding of pricing, margins, credit and payment cycles

• Ability to independently generate leads, develop accounts and close deals

• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable with customer visits and market development

• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM and sales reporting

• Willingness to travel as required
