Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers / Regional Sales Managers for Loan Against Property (LAP) sales with a leading NBFC.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP/Mortgage Sales, excellent knowledge of the local market, and an established network of DSAs, connectors, channel partners, builders, and financial intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive LAP / Mortgage sales through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Generate new business and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for secured lending products.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the local market.




- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track team performance and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loan Sales.
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies preferred.
- Strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Good understanding of property valuation, credit assessment, underwriting, and loan processes.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad local market will be an added advantage.
