Store / Restaurant Operations Executive
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day store and restaurant operations efficiently.
- Handle inventory management and ensure proper stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and coordinate replenishment.
- Manage and guide team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guests professionally and provide positive customer service.
- Coordinate restaurant operations and ensure timely service.
- Maintain proper food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Ensure store and restaurant areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor operational performance and support QBR-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure company SOPs, safety, hygiene, and operational standards are followed.
- Support management in improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate qualification.
- Degree/Specialisation in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Keeping.
- Team Management and Restaurant Management skills.
- Guest Handling and Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of Hotel Management and Restaurant Operations.
- Understanding of Food & Beverage operations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Gender: Any Gender.
