Job Summary

The Senior planning analyst- Logistics is responsible for coordinating governance and facilitating delivery of impactful business plans, stewardship reports, analysis and insights for the Global logistics team,



which leads to better business decisions and leading performance for ExxonMobil supply chain team

What you will do:
- Support logistics strategic planning through annual corporate plan activity.
- Lead monthly financial & operational stewardship including value capture analysis, variance analysis, KPI performance tracking.
- Coordinate and derive insights from logistics stewardship by preparing key discussion materials, facilitating conversations with stakeholders, and delivering on actionable follow-ups
- Drive insight generation by engaging advisors and identifying opportunities for deeper KPI analysis as well as driving structural cost savings initiatives
- Respond to other ad-hoc business and analysis requests
- Champion process improvements and digital transformation, identifying best practices and scaling initiatives across the organization.
