Key Account Manager – Channel Partner (Real Estate)
Job Description
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new real estate channel partners and brokers.
- Regularly visit channel partners to strengthen relationships and expand the partner network.
- Generate quality leads and customer referrals through channel partner networks.
- Drive customer acquisition through effective channel sales strategies.
- Ensure the quality of leads generated by partners.
- Coordinate with channel partners to generate customer site visits and experience centre visits.
- Follow up on partner-generated leads and ensure timely action on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth lead handling and conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with brokers and channel partners.
- Provide professional service and support to channel partners to encourage repeat business.
- Identify new broker networks and potential channel partners for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, referrals,



and conversions.
- Represent the company's brand professionally during all partner and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of broker networks and real estate market dynamics.
- Experience in channel sales, field sales, or real estate sales.
- Solid relationship-building and customer acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with flexible working hours.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Regional language proficiency is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
