Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Development
- Handle all employee concerns with a sense of urgency.
- Treat all team members fairly and with respect.
- Ensure team members complete required training before being assigned to their respective positions.
- Provide regular communication to the team regarding goals, results, and action plans.
- Source, train, retain, and develop team members to improve the overall guest experience.
- Execute effective scheduling, cross-training, and staff deployment.
- Identify talented team members and implement development plans to support their growth opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback when required.

Sales & Business Growth
- Manage local store marketing activities and build strong connections within the local community.
- Track sales and marketing results and take corrective actions when required.
- Communicate sales goals, results, and action plans to the entire team.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly maintained,



including cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure all products are available to guests during every shift.
- Ensure all products are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Utilize appropriate suggestive-selling techniques to increase sales.

Planning & Shift Management
- Discuss operational issues with other managers and take appropriate action.
- Communicate the shift plan clearly with the team.
- Involve the entire team in achieving operational goals and business targets.
- Adjust staff assignments during the shift according to business requirements.
- Ensure all guest concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
- Follow LEADS procedures for handling guest concerns.
- Monitor travel paths and delegate tasks effectively.
- Ensure each shift has adequate staffing to achieve hospitality and service-speed goals.
- Monitor overall shift performance and make necessary operational adjustments.
