Job Description
Recruitment Research:
- Research active Canadian job opportunities through Canada Job Bank, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Glassdoor, and company career pages.
- Identify companies and employers with active hiring requirements.
- Research employer information and hiring contacts.
- Identify HR Managers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Hiring Managers.

Employer Lead Generation
- Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Lusha, and other business tools.
- Conduct internet research and Boolean searches to identify relevant hiring contacts.
- Build a strong database of potential employers and hiring opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized employer information.

Employer Outreach
- Contact potential employers through LinkedIn, email, and qualified communication channels.
- Introduce recruitment services and understand employer hiring requirements.
- Build professional relationships with HR and hiring teams.
- Follow up with employers to develop long-term business opportunities.





Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate with recruiters to identify and submit suitable candidates for employer requirements.
- Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
- Support the recruitment team throughout the candidate-submission process.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment activity records.
- Update employer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and hiring requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly employer-outreach reports.
- Track lead-generation and employer-conversion activities.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers.
- Develop employer networks for future recruitment opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective hiring partners.

Required Skills
Recruitment & Research:
- Strong internet research skills.
- Good Boolean search knowledge.
- Understanding of Recruitment and Talent
