Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve real estate business targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Identify potential customers interested in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and advantages to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful property bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.




- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Track daily sales activities, lead status, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, networking activities, and real estate events.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
