Café Staff / Barista / Restaurant Service Staff
Job Description
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a pleasant dining experience.
- Guide customers through the menu and assist them with their selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other food items.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Clean and sanitize counters, tables, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure the café and service areas remain clean and well-organized.
- Operate the billing counter and POS system accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.
- Monitor ingredient and beverage stock levels.
- Inform management when supplies are running low.




- Clean and maintain café equipment, including coffee machines and other appliances.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Work effectively with other café and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
