Senior Executive – Customer Service (Fire Safety Solutions) Key responsibilities - Reporting To: Operations Manager / Business Head
- Channel Partner Management Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate existing channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Ensure regular engagement and relationship building with channel partners.
- Support partners in quotations, technical submissions, and order processing.
- Monitor partner-wise sales performance and growth.
- Resolve channel partner issues and service escalations.
- MIS & Reporting Management Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry tracker, order tracker, and collection tracker.
- Generate performance reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy of operational and sales data.
- Debtor Follow-up & Collections Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding receivables and debtor ageing.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers for payment realization.
- Coordinate with sales team for collection support.




- Maintain collection records and commitment tracker.
- Escalate overdue cases to management.
- Customer Calling & Relationship Management Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer follow-up calls for quotations, orders, renewals, and AMCs.
- Maintain customer database and communication records.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding products and services.
- Identify repeat business opportunities. 5 Order Processing & Coordination Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, stores, logistics, and service teams.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders.
- Track dispatch and delivery status.
- Maintain order documentation.
- Tender & Project Coordination Support Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of tender documents and compliance papers.
- Coordinate project documentation and submission requirements.
- Maintain records of ongoing projects and tenders.
- Customer Service & Complaint Resolution Key Responsibilities
