Credit Control Executive – Petrol Pump Network We are looking for a Credit Control Executive for the Accounts Department of our multi-location petrol pump network
- Responsibilities Monitor party-wise fuel credit sales, outstanding and credit limits
- Ensure customers do not exceed approved credit limits. Check billing accuracy and proper billing/payment cycles
- Follow up with credit customers for timely payments. Prepare regular ageing and outstanding reports
- Analyse party-wise fuel sales, payment behaviour and profitability
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing/payment issues. Coordinate for Credit Sales Agreements, KYC and security cheques
- Highlight overdue, high-risk or low-profit customers to management. Recommend increase, reduction or stopping of credit limits where required. Requirements Graduate in Commerce/Accounts preferred. Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections
- Good knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP
