• Explain Vadlamani Consulting's overseas education, admissions, test-preparation and student visa guidance services.
• Understand the student's basic study-abroad requirements and generate qualified leads for the counsellor.
• Schedule counselling appointments and follow up with interested candidates.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Follow up on leads received through website, social media, referrals and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with students and parents.

Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Confident and pleasant telephone communication.
• Previous experience in telecalling, education counselling, admissions,



customer service or lead generation preferred.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
• Candidates from Dilsukhnagar and nearby areas preferred.
• Immediate/early joiners preferred.
