Sales Executive – Building Materials / Doors & Windows
Job Description
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients, including individual house owners and small, medium, and large apartment builders.
- Present product details, features, advantages, pricing, and customization options to clients.
- Connect with architects and interior designers and explain product specifications and customization possibilities.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand product technicalities in detail and recommend the right door or building material solution based on customer requirements.
- Visit customer sites and take accurate measurements for estimation and quotation purposes.
- Prepare quotations based on client requirements and communicate pricing and product details effectively.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and work towards successful deal closure.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Maintain records of client interactions, quotations,



follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Review sales performance and work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and qualified network.
- Maintain continuous coordination with clients throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in building or construction materials.
- Prior experience working with builders and architects in selling building material products is preferred.
- Experience with architects is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling doors/windows is a major advantage.
- Strong understanding of building material products and their applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and influencing skills.
