- Retail Sales Executive

Job Description
Field Sales:
- Visit assigned retail dealers daily according to the defined beat plan.
- Ensure regular market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Take orders from dealers and coordinate with the sales team for timely delivery.
- Drive sales of Samsung products across the assigned territory.
- Travel daily within the assigned market as required.

Dealer Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing dealers.
- Onboard new dealers to expand market reach.
- Understand dealer requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Resolve dealer queries related to products, schemes, claims, and other issues.

Sales & Market Development
- Communicate ongoing Samsung schemes, offers, and promotions to dealers.
- Monitor dealer stock levels and sales performance.
- Collect market feedback and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Support market expansion and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Product Visibility
- Ensure proper display and visibility of Samsung products at dealer outlets.




- Monitor product placement and availability at retail stores.
- Coordinate with dealers to improve product visibility and market presence.

Reporting
- Report daily field activities to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate sales and order records.
- Share dealer feedback, stock updates, and market information regularly.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets.

Required Skills
Sales Skills:
- Field sales experience.
- Dealer and distributor management.
- Order collection and sales coordination.
- Market development and new-dealer onboarding.
- Good relationship-building skills.

Communication Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Fluent in Hindi and/or Gujarati.
- Basic English knowledge.

Mobility
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Valid driving license required.
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
