Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer service requests and provide in office technical support.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair LED TVs and Washing Machines.
- Diagnose product faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide telephonic assistance to customers for basic troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive maintenance and product health checks.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls within defined service standards.
- Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and service teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and customer records.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with company service processes and quality standards.
- Support warranty and out-of-warranty service operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
