Job Overview

We are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our team in Pitampura, Delhi. As the first point of contact for our company, you will manage front-desk operations, handle visitor inquiries, and provide administrative support. Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Details
- Job Location: 197, Upper Ground Floor, Deepali Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 (In person)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive attitude as they arrive.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.




- Maintain a clean, professional, and organised reception area.
- Provide basic information to clients about our loan products (Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, etc.).
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, handling mail/couriers, and scheduling appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Experienced candidates who have at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Language: Valuable communication skills in Hindi (Basic knowledge of English is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Core Competencies:
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of loans/finance is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
