About The Cradlewise Design Team
Cradlewise Design is a close-knit team of User-Experience Designers, Visual Designers and Video editors from all over India. We create experiences to help every family sleep and live better, through science-driven solutions, and it's the role of the team to humanize and create every touchpoint with empathy and support.

About The Role
Cradlewise solved sleep for babies. Now we're going after what comes next: a brand-recent software product in the kids category, starting from a blank page. We're hiring a Product Designer to own the design from zero to one: the research, the flows, the visual language, the first shipped version. You'll sit in on parent interviews happening right now, sketch the same week, and watch your work decide what we build. You'll also shape the Cradlewise app and web portal that thousands of families already use daily.
