is seeking an experienced
SAP Delivery Manager
to lead the successful delivery of
SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)
implementation programs for global clients. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, managing cross-functional teams, driving customer satisfaction, and overseeing project execution from planning through go-live and hypercare.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery leader with deep SAP implementation experience, robust stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects.
- Manage project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, and partner resources.
- Establish delivery governance, project controls, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.




- Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
- Monitor project health, resource utilization, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple engagements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and client concerns.
- Conduct executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams during project transitions and solution planning.
- Support resource forecasting, staffing, capacity planning, and delivery optimization initiatives.
- Ensure successful cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction, project profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
