Role Description
The Retail Merchandiser is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s sustainable fashion ethos.



Daily tasks include monitoring sales trends, coordinating with store teams on product placement, and supporting promotions to maximize customer engagement and revenue. The Retail Merchandiser collaborates with buying and inventory teams to align assortments with customer demand, gathers shopper feedback from the floor, and contributes to in-store storytelling around Khadi and conscious living. The role also involves regular reporting on product performance and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage seasonal buying and merchandise assortments across offline and online channels
- Analyze sales data and inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize dead stock
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and product placement across stores and on the e-commerce website/marketplace li
