General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Mussoorie, Uttarakhand

We are looking for a motivated and energetic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales, revenue generation, and business development for our hospitality property in Mussoorie.

The ideal candidate should understand the Mussoorie and Uttarakhand hospitality market, with the ability to develop business through corporate clients, travel partners, tour operators, group bookings, weddings, and leisure travellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive room sales, revenue growth, and occupancy for the property.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, wedding planners, and group booking partners.
- Generate business from Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and other key feeder markets.
- Manage OTA partnerships and improve online booking performance.
- Develop seasonal packages and promotional offers for leisure and corporate customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop long-term commercial relationships.




- Monitor competitor pricing, occupancy, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and guest-relations teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property visits, and business presentations.
- Build partnerships for corporate stays, conferences, destination weddings, family holidays, and group travel.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve occupancy, revenue, ADR, and business development targets.
