Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain company-wide dashboards: revenue, client profitability, headcount cost, team utilisation




- Support Founder and department heads with data for planning and review decisions — this is internal business intelligence, distinct from client-facing marketing reporting
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from Finance, HR, and Leadership
- Maintain data hygiene and a single source of truth across internal business metrics

Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria
- Working SQL proficiency
- Strong Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Able to translate raw data into a clear business recommendation, not just a chart

Valuable to Have
- Prior experience building dashboards for a services/agency business model (billing, utilisation, margin)
