Summary
The Enterprise Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting collaboration and productivity platforms within the Employee Digital Experience (EDX) organization, with a primary focus on Google Workspace administration. This role will provide operational ownership, troubleshooting, and platform support for a large organization currently utilizing Google Workspace, while also contributing to future integration and migration initiatives. The position requires a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to develop expertise across both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
- Provide operational ownership and administration of Google Workspace environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, user, and service-related issues.
- Support collaboration and productivity solutions across enterprise environments.
- Contribute to data migration, email migration, and integration initiatives as required.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Microsoft 365 technologies and related services.
- Assist with operational activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations.
- Maintain awareness of security controls and administrative best practices.
- Work independently to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues while escalating appropriately when necessary.
- Support ongoing platform improvements and contribute to future Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent skilled experience may be considered.

Experience Requirements
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of overall professional experience.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise collabo
