Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support AMS engagements for global manufacturing clients. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement in an ITIL and SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PP and QM modules.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes in PP/QM.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Support transport management and release cycles.
- Act as the functional SPOC for PP/QM AMS support.
- Interact with business users across US, EU, and APAC regions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.




- Maintain ticket documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge base.
- Support PP/QM integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
- Experience with MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Production/Process Orders, Capacity Planning and Confirmations.
- Strong knowledge of QM Inspection Types, Quality Notifications, Results Recording and Usage Decision.
- Experience with PP/QM integration with MM and other SAP modules.
- 6+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.
- Experience in AMS / Production Support.
- Experience working in ITIL and SLA-based delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP/QM.
- Manufacturing domain experience, including discrete or process industries.
- Client-facing experience.
- SAP PP or QM certification is an added advantage.
