PPC Guru is a performance marketing agency running Google Ads and Meta Ads for service businesses across Canada and the USA. Creative is what makes those campaigns work, and generative video has become our fastest way to test more hooks, more angles, and more offers than traditional production ever allowed.

About the Role

We're looking for a Short-Form Video Editor who can take a script, a product, or a raw idea and turn it into a scroll-stopping ad, using generation tools (Higgsfield, Google Veo) as the camera crew and a real editor's judgment as the director.

This is not a "type a prompt and post it" role. You'll generate,



direct, cut, and iterate on ad creative that has to perform against a cost-per-lead target.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce short-form video ads (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Meta placements) from script to final export
- Generate and direct video in Higgsfield — Cinema Studio, Marketing Studio, Soul ID, camera presets, lip-sync
- Work with Google's video stack: Veo 3.1, Flow, and Gemini Omni
- Hold character, product, and brand consistency across an entire ad set, not just one clip
- Write and refine generation prompts until the shot matches the brief — camera move, framing, lighting, motion
- Sound-design and score every ad: select licensed music, cut to the beat, layer SFX, mix voiceover levels, and match audio to the hook
- Edit and finish in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut Pro: pacing, captions, sound design, hooks
- Produce UGC-style and talking-head ads using digital avatars, voiceover, an
