Job Summary :

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales activities, generating leads, and maintaining effective client relationships. The role involves fieldwork, including travel within assigned territories to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibility:

1. Lead Generation & Field Sales
- Identify potential clients through field visits and market research.
- Travel within assigned regions to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct direct client meetings and site visits as required.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

2. Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Draft and send qualified email communications.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular client interaction.

3. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.




- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain proper communication flow between clients and internal stakeholders.

4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Update CRM/tools with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare basic sales reports and status updates.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Address client queries and provide necessary support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Documentation & Process Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and communications.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

7. Task & Priority Management
- Manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Prioritize work based on business requirements.
