We are looking for an experienced
Conversion Tracking & Marketing Analytics Specialist
who can build and maintain accurate tracking across all marketing platforms, identify the true source of every sale, and provide actionable insights that improve marketing performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete conversion tracking ecosystem across Shopify and all marketing platforms.
- Configure, audit, and optimize
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopify, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking for:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Klaviyo Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing Platforms
- Organic Search
- Organic Social




- Referral Traffic
- Ensure all purchase events, leads, micro-conversions, and customer interactions are tracked correctly.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Enhanced Conversions, and first-party tracking.
- Build attribution models to identify:
- Highest revenue channels
- Best-performing campaigns
- Highest-converting keywords
- Customer acquisition journeys
- Revenue contribution by channel
- Investigate and resolve:
- Missing conversions
- Duplicate events
- Attribution mismatches
- Tracking discrepancies between platforms
- Data accuracy issues
- Create executive dashboards using
Looker Studio
and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the Paid Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, CRO, and Development teams to ensure accurate data collection.
