Frontline Shop/-Floor Supervision & Operator Leadership/: Demonstrated capacity to guide, inspire, and lead machine technicians, contract workers, and line operators in hectic manufacturing shop floors. Shift Execution & Line Bottleneck Resolution/: Quick troubleshooting of shift operating stoppages, line loading, takt time adherence, and a practical grasp of assembly/machining workflows. Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, quality inspection checklists, part dimensional checks, and defect containment measures are all necessary for quality process adherence and first/-off validation.
