Role Description:
The German Language Trainer will deliver engaging, structured German lessons to learners at various levels, including school/college students, professionals, and corporate groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement. The trainer will also develop or adapt teaching materials, organize classroom activities, and contribute to curriculum refinement in line with institute standards. This is a full-time/part time,



in office role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular/hybrid classroom presence and collaboration with the academic team.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, goal-oriented lesson plans and assessments.
Proficiency in German (preferably at B1 level or higher, with certification such as Goethe-Institut or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Good command of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation & communication.
Previous experience in teaching/training German language preferred.
Engage students, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature and German culture to enrich lessons with relevant texts and context.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered teaching approach.
