Role:
As a Lead Strategic Sourcing, you shall be able to do:
· Strategically locate, Identify and develop vendors and sources for various commodity parts for High Voltage Circuit breaker application.
· Define the process and pricing strategy based on the market and process.
· Able to derive strategic pricing for parts, process and assemblies used in HVCB.
· Deep understanding of process and manufacturing techniques along with market pricing.
· Negotiation skills.
· Should costing abilities.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Strategic Sourcing, you shall:
· Identify and develop strategic vendors and partners for our HVCB product.
· Fix price as per the market and business benchmark.




· Support and hand hold vendors to constantly upscale their standards and processes towards market leadership.
Desirable Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
· 10-15 Years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development.
· Proficiency in should costing tools or techniques
· Positive knowledge on market and commodity pricing.
· Ability to work closely with cross-functional team to guide and support them on parts and materials.
