YOUR IMPACT
As the Partner Marketing Manager for APJ & MEA at OpenText, you will own the execution of partner marketing programs that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem across Asia Pacific, Japan, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role responsible for translating OpenText's global partner marketing strategy into regionally relevant programs — with direct ownership of Market Development Funds (MDF) planning, allocation, and performance tracking across the region. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Partner Marketing, regional sales leadership, and field marketing to ensure partner programs are locally activated,



funded appropriately, and tied to measurable pipeline outcomes. As a key regional contributor to the Field & Partner Marketing organization, you'll help ensure that global partner marketing strategy lands effectively in APJ & MEA's diverse and quick-growing markets.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Own the regional execution of the global partner marketing strategy, adapting programs to APJ & MEA market dynamics and partner maturity levels.
Manage the MDF program for APJ & MEA end-to-end: partner fund allocation, claims and compliance, budget tracking, and ROI reporting.
Execute joint go-to-market programs with strategic regional partners (system integrators, resellers, distributors, and technology alliances) to expand market reach and generate pipeline.
Build and maintain working relationships with partner marketing and channel leads at key regional partner organizations.
