About the role
The Source to Pay (STP) Transformation Manager is responsible for leading global transformation initiatives across the Source to Pay landscape, with a particular focus on Travel & Expense, SAP Concur, and corporate card programme optimisation.
This role will drive process standardisation, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and user experience improvements across the end-to-end STP process framework. The role will partner closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, Tax, IT, Shared Services, Internal Controls, and external vendors to deliver scalable and compliant global solutions.
The role requires robust transformation leadership,



programme delivery capability, process design expertise, and deep understanding of T&E; operations and controls. The successful candidate will act as a partner to global stakeholders while leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.Your responsibilities

Lead global Source to Pay transformation initiatives focused on process harmonisation, simplification, automation, and digital enablement.
Drive the transformation roadmap for Travel & Expense processes, including optimisation of SAP Concur and related integrated solutions.
Lead global corporate card programme transformation initiatives in partnership with banking providers, Treasury, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement.
