Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Owner to provide overall direction for business activities and support the continued development of the organization. This role will oversee key business priorities, evaluate opportunities, coordinate resources, and work with internal and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader with robust decision-making skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Set business priorities and provide overall direction for day-to-day activities and longer-term initiatives.
Evaluate new business opportunities and assess their potential value, risks, and resource requirements.
Oversee operational planning and ensure key business activities are organized and executed effectively.
Review business performance and use relevant operational and financial information to support decision-making.
Manage the allocation of resources across key business priorities and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operating efficiency, and overall performance.
Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate important business initiatives and projects.
Monitor potential business, operational, and financial risks and take appropriate action when necessary.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and performance reviews in collaboration with relevant team members.
Establish practical operating standards and encourage accountability across the organization.
