We are seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to serve as a vital administrative partner to our Account Executives and Representatives, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations. Responsibilities
Manage the creation, filing, and retrieval of all sales-related documentation.
Develop and update sales proposals to meet client needs.
Maintain accuracy within internal databases by updating account details promptly.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and product demonstrations for the Account Management team.




Conduct comprehensive research on potential recent clients to support business development.
Partner with internal departments to guarantee high-quality service before and after the sale.
Relay valuable customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Generate detailed analytical reports on campaign performance and results.
Execute market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in the production of promotional assets, including presentations and video content.
Requirements
Demonstrated professional experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a comparable position.
Proficiency in computer applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite.
Practical experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Background in planning and executing marketing or advertising campaigns.
