The MEP Lead shall be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and
delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire & Life Safety, ELV,
and Building Services works for the project. The role will ensure adherence to
quality standards, project timelines, budgetary requirements, statutory
compliances, and safety norms while coordinating with consultants, contractors,
and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities MEP Project Planning & Execution
* Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting,
HVAC, ELV, and Building Services works.
* Prepare and monitor project execution schedules in alignment with overall
project milestones.
* Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, resources, and contractor
mobilization.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays.

Design & Engineering Coordination
* Review and validate MEP design drawings, technical specifications, BOQs,




calculations, and shop drawings.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and
project teams for design integration.
* Participate in value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and operational
efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory
requirements.

Contractor & Vendor Management
* Manage MEP contractors, consultants, and vendors during project execution.
* Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations, quality
standards, and timelines.
* Review progress, certify completed works, and support contractor billing
processes.
* Conduct periodic review meetings and resolve site-related issues.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
* Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and inspection protocols.
* Monitor adherence to approved specifications, drawings, and engineering
standards.
