Position: Forward Deployed Engineer – Digital Engineering (Senior)
EY Consulting Digital Engineering is seeking highly skilled and customer focused Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to operate at the frontlines of enterprise transformation. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, platform architecture, AI-led solutioning, and client value realization, requiring deep hands-on technical expertise combined with strong consulting acumen.

The Prospect
As an FDE in Digital Engineering, you will work directly with clients to co-create, engineer, and scale AI-first digital solutions that accelerate business outcomes. You will play a critical role in translating business problems into PDLC-driven solutions,



rapidly moving from POCs to enterprise-grade platforms, and embedding GenAI, data, and cloud-native engineering into core business workflows.
You will be instrumental in driving future-ready digital engineering capabilities across product engineering, platform modernization, and AI-enabled transformation programs.

Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery

Partner with clients to shape business problems into solution hypotheses aligned to PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle).
Drive co-creation workshops, rapid prototyping, and outcome-led solution design.
Translate ambiguous requirements into architecture, data flows, and scalable engineering constructs.
Deliver end-to-end solutions spanning discovery, POC, MVP, and enterprise-scale rollout.
Anchor business value realization (cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, productivity gains) as part of delivery.
