Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter and Admin to oversee the daily operations of a real estate firm. The ideal candidate will good computer skills, Tech Savy with Recruitment experience

What You Will Be Responsible For

· Excellent spoken and written English (professional-level communication required)

· Confidence in handling objections and navigating conversations

Objective of the Role

l Maximize property value and net operating income

l Maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention rates

l Ensure Properties remain in good condition and compliant with laws

l Achieve financial goals and report periodically on performance

Administrative & Strategies

l Build relationships with property owners, contractors, vendors, and prospective clients

l Oversee property personnel and assess performance

l Attend board meetings and present reports on property status

Preferred (Not Required, but Valuable)

· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

· Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email sequencing
