Role Overview
We are seeking a person with strong track record in managing SAP implementations and rollouts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across multiple delivery methodologies and demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset by leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to improve project outcomes, governance, and reporting.




This role requires a blend of program leadership, technology acumen, and innovation capability, particularly in evolving project management practices aligned to SAP’s latest ecosystem, including Cloud ALM (CALM).

Key Responsibilities
Methodology & Delivery Excellence

Apply and tailor delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and SAP Activate
Establish and continuously improve project templates, standards, accelerators, and best practices
Lead program planning, execution, and stabilization phases with a focus on scalability and repeatability

SAP Tools & Platforms

Utilize SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) as the primary project management and lifecycle tool, build an on-premise tool that is a mimic of CALM but much more easier to use.
Integrate and manage other enterprise project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, Solution Manager where applicable) as needed
Ensure effective use of SAP best pract
