Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and design tailored CLM solutions using ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad platforms.
Configure and customize CLM workflows, templates, and approval processes to optimize contract management efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and IT to gather and validate business needs.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption of CLM tools.
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain platform performance.
Develop documentation including process maps, user guides, and configuration manuals for CLM solutions.
Manage integrations between CLM solutions and other enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements in contract lifecycle management.

Requirements





Proven experience implementing and managing CLM platforms, specifically ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad.
Robust understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and legal contract workflows.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations and process designs.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with legal, technical, and business stakeholders.
Experience with system integration, data migration, and user training for CLM implementations.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities within contract timelines.
Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management practices related to contracts.
