Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit candidates for General Labour and Healthcare positions across Canada.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
- Stay updated on Canadian recruitment trends, labour market conditions, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for
General Labour
and
Healthcare
roles in the Canadian market.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume recruitment workplace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
