Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align process design with organizational objectives.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
