About The Role:
PayU is looking for an experienced candidate in Internal Communications to oversee and implement effective communication strategies that foster leadership communications, employee engagement, alignment with company goals, and a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate should have 7-11 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in the technology or financial services industry, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to develop and execute internal communication initiatives that inform, inspire, and connect with our employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans and strategies aligned with PayU's business objectives and values.
Manage townhalls and leadership communication.
Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, email announcements, and presentations.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of internal communications materials.
Partner with HR, Marketing, and other departments to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements internally.
Partner with the creative designer to develop internal comms assets and collaterals
Experience in developing internal comms IP
Support leadership in communicating key messages, updates, and strategic priorities to employees.
